Every season we have a special event here at the vineyard in the Waipara Valley. We invite our customers to come and be part of our team for the day. We'll show you the sights, what the vineyard looks like at different times of the year, and how we prune or pick our grape vines. You get a chance to meet our viticulturist and winemaker and we'll put on a tasting and a truly local lunch served with our wines.

The day includes:

• A chance to be part of our team for the day.

Our Greystone Cornerstone Club Members joined us on April 24th to pick some grapes, taste some wine, have lunch and have a hand in making their very own Cornerstone Club Pinot Noir. See below for photos from the day.

Winemaker Dom found some ripe Syrah grapes for eveyone to sample.

After a morning tea which include Gewurztraminer grape cake, the team was put to work picking grapes. Has anyone else noticed, it's the women working while the men are standing around and talking?!

Andrea unloads wonderful Conerstone Club Pinot Noir. Dom looks like he's been working hard as well!

After all the hard work it was time for a drink. Or at least, a tasting of the full range of Greystone Wines

Lunch was outside on yet another beautiful Waipara Valley Day

At Greystone we're pretty passionate about local food, and the lunch was all sourced as locally as possible. This lamb came from next door!
