Yesterday delivered one of the biggest snow storms since I’ve been back in New Zealand. Lovely light powdery stuff. Made the Valley look like a scene from Narnia, so I was on the lookout for witches offering Turkish delight!
Today was one out of the box. The skies cleared overnight to reveal a brilliant day. I donned the snow boots & camera at took off to the top of the vineyard. Almost risked my life driving out the back, thank god for anti-skid brakes! Resulting photos were worth it though, thanks also to Ashleigh in the vineyard who got some fabulous shots first thing in the morning for me. To see more photos, check out our facebook page.
