Is it free to join the club ?

There is no fee to join the Greystone wine club. As a member, you are committed to a 1 year minimum term.

What is the price of each wine club shipment?

There is no set fee. Pricing varies based on the wines selected and the associated member discount. You can influence the price by choosing different wines.

Can I join the wine club outside of New Zealand?

The Greystone wine club is currently only available with a delivery address in New Zealand. You are welcome to sign up for our newsletter or email [email protected] if you would like to buy our wines from abroad.

Can I stop my membership at any time?

You can cancel your membership at least one month before a shipment by sending an email to [email protected]. In being a Greystone wine club member, you are committing to at least three of the four wine shipments per year. All requests will be individually considered.

Can I choose a different selection of wines?

A curated selection of wines will be announced prior to each shipment. You can then login and customize amongst the range of selected wines. Limited-edition and club-exclusive wines cannot be replaced. With no action taken, the curated default selection will be sent.

When will I receive my wine?

Deliveries are scheduled four times a year, in February, May, August and November.

When will I be charged?

Your card will be charged up to two week before dispatch, according to the wines chosen.

Is there any commitment?

By joining the Greystone wine club, you are committing to a 1 year minimum term.

How can I enjoy my complimentary tastings benefit?

You can enjoy complimentary tastings (based on the club tier) at our tasting lounge in Waipara. Be sure to book in advance, please email [email protected] to book in tastings today!

Which special events do wine club members get to attend?

Greystone wine club members will receive the first invitations to consumer events as well as preferential pricing, when applicable.

Can I change my membership?

You can modify your membership option (6-bottles or 12-bottles) one month before each shipment. Associated benefits will be applied from the moment of change. Please email [email protected] to do so.

Can I pause my membership?

If you would like to skip a delivery, you can contact us before the shipment date. Skipping a shipment is possible once a year.

What discount do I receive on additional wine purchases over and above my wine club shipments?

Greystone wine club members receive 10-20% (based on club tier) discount on RRP of all additional retail wine purchases.

What freight charges apply to wine club purchases?

All wine club purchases include freight within New Zealand.

Can I pick up my wine from the winery instead of having it shipped to me?

If you would rather pick up your wines from our restaurant and tasting lounge in Waipara you can select that option when specifying your shipment information.
